We know you need Christmas to run as smoothly as possible. We all do! Have you ever noticed how sore your body is during this time of year? Interestingly enough, a lot of it has to do with how we are doing basic holiday activities.
So, Tip #1 is...
DO NOT wrap presents while sitting on the floor. I know it tends to be the easiest because everything is spread all around and it's the biggest space available. However... DON"T DO IT! It puts unbelievable force into your lower back and will leave you hurting!
Keep to the table for wrapping those gifts this Christmas and you will be SO much happier... and if YOU'RE happier... everyone in the family is, too!:)
